Founded in the early 2000s, Sustainable Planet Ltd emerged from a vision to address Kenya’s growing waste management challenges while creating economic opportunities for local communities.

What began as a small waste collection operation has evolved into a comprehensive circular economy enterprise, employing over 300 people and serving communities across multiple counties.

Today, we operate state-of-the-art recycling facilities, material recovery centers, and produce valuable products like organic fertiliser and clean energy briquettes—all while maintaining our commitment to environmental stewardship and social impact.
